Hi,...I'm looking for a basic room/studio space & bath, (w/ ability to use micro & small fridge, at least) in quiet secure location. ( an internet connection would be an added bonus). Have lived on the Cape for many years, an older divorced male, and have good reference. **---sharing a place with male, or female is ok with me. Needed after Labor Day Sept. 15, or Oct. 1st. Perhaps you have a basement room, & bath , with seperate entrance & wall window to outside ? Or, small studio space and bath over a garage? Etc. I leave things as I find them . Hi, I'm a good tenant and looking to re- locate I'm 52 female and I have one cat. I don't smoke and have good credit. I have my rent directly deposited into my landlords account. I would like to find a one or two bedroom apt. I would stay at least two years and most likely longer. I have my own furniture but I would need stove, frig, washer/dryer. I'm a Buddhist so I have friends over once a week and we chant for about 20-40 minutes This happens at 7pm. It's pleasant and most people enjoy it. It's not loud and I never disturb anyone. I have a family member moving back to the cape after spending many years in the midwest... trying to find something, preferably in the falmouth/mashpee/sandwich area that will accept 2 medium sized dogs. The dogs are lab mixes- they are not pitbulls or dobermans. 1st, last and security will not be a problem. Rent negotiable but I have a price in mind he won't exceed. He is by himself, no other adults or children so anything over 2 b/r is really unnecessary. *** !!!LOOKING FOR MORE POTENTIAL DOG LOVERS!!! *** My daughter and I are relocating from Princeton, New Jersey. We are looking for a 2 bedroom unfurnished cottage year round rental. We have 2 dogs, they're very well mannered, and mostly sleep all the time. They're both under 100lbs, very gentle and sweet. Now, don't be alarmed by the breed----but they're Saint Bernards. If you don't know much about them----here's some valid information. Also, I'm attaching a picture of what they're doing...at 1:40pm in the afternoon. (ALL THEY DO IS SLEEP) (The ancestors of the St. Bernard share a history with the Sennenhunds, also called Swiss Mountain Dogs or Swiss Cattle Dogs, the large farm dogs of the farmers and dairymen of the Swiss Alps, which were livestock guardians, herding dogs, and draft dogs as well as hunting dogs, search and rescue dogs, and watchdogs. St. Bernards, like all very large dogs, must be well socialized with people and other dogs in order to prevent fearfulness and any possible aggression or territoriality. Overall they are a loyal and affectionate breed, and if socialized are very friendly and are occasionally avoided because of their slobber. While generally not as aggressive as dogs bred for protection, a St. Bernard may bark at strangers, and their size makes them good deterrents against possible intruders.)
